Our story:

Mr. Guy St-Pierre (President), has acquired an interest in gastronomy and experience in the hotel industry when occupying a position of Maître d'Hôtel. In 1992, he started the company ''Nord-Sud Produits Alimentaire Inc. in Montreal. The company is moved, 7 years later in Ste-Agathe-des-Monts.

To aim a better control of the quality and to create an exclusive range of gourmet products, Mr. St-Pierre decided to build in his own kitchen. In 2006, a department of fine pastry is added.


Subsequently, the company opened in 2008, a shop for its regional customers. Since then the company has grown and continues to evolve.

The son of Guy St-Pierre, Dominic and Jonathan are involved in becoming co-founders of the new division Gastronomy Concept in 2013. The industry has gained over the years an excellent reputation in the market of agri-food because of the loyalty of its customers and its adaptability to the changing market.
